Frequently Asked Questions

Our process involves three appointments: intake, assessment, and feedback.
We begin with a 60-minute intake appointment to collaboratively design the evaluation process around your needs. This is generally followed, within 1 to 3 weeks, by an assessment appointment which can range from under an hour to five hours, depending on which service you've selected.
Results typically take 1 to 4 weeks to be reviewed, processed, and written into a report. We conclude with a 45-minute feedback session, where Dr. Worm reviews your results and shares detailed recommendations both in conversation with you and in a written report.
Intake and feedback sessions are conducted virtually, while the assessment appointment may be virtual or in-person. The Comprehensive Adult ADHD Assessment and Learning Disability Assessment both require in-person cognitive testing while the Diagnostic ADHD Assessment and Autism Evaluation can be completed fully virtually.
If results are needed more quickly, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Below are the services we offer. More information can be found by clicking the following link: Overview
Autism Evaluation
An adult-centered evaluation exploring how you experience the world through in-depth questionnaires and a naturalistic conversation with a psychologist and not whether you fit someone else's idea of what autism looks like.
Diagnostic ADHD Assessment
A focused evaluation using real-time attention tasks and self-report tools, reviewed together in your feedback session. It's a supportive starting point for understanding whether ADHD fits your experience.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessment
A full evaluation of your cognitive strengths, and attention designed to give you a complete picture, not just a label, and to support accommodations for school, work, or standardized testing.
Learning Disability Assessment
An in-depth look at how you read, write, and work with numbers, using cognitive and academic testing to identify learning differences and map out next steps for work or school.
